Kid To Do at the Dallas Zoo is an exciting event modeled after the Dallas Zoo’s wildly popular annual fundraiser, Zoo To Do. While Zoo To Do features some of Dallas’s finest chefs and most savory cuisine, Kid To Do showcases local eateries that have been tested and approved by the toughest of critics – KIDS!
Proceeds from the event enable the Dallas Zoo to continue in its mission as an outstanding center of education, entertainment, and wildlife conservation.
Fall in love with the Dallas Zoo all over again, against the back drop of our newest Zoo adventure, Giants of the Jurassic. Giants of the Jurassic will feature a variety of 18 lifelike, animatronic dinosaur species from T-Rex to the Stegosaurus, plus one that even “spits” water. Kid To Do guest will also have exclusive access to our “live” dino puppet show and fossil dig area.
You and your little triceratops and stegosaurus friends will rock out to the music of a live band, dine on cuisine from Dallas’s best family-friendly restaurants. You will also enjoy amazing animal encounters, a Dino SOAR Bird Show, and much, much more! This family-friendly, block-party style event will offer other exciting entertainment such as bounce houses, live stage performance, face painting, and arts and crafts, as well as unique animal encounters, and much, much more!
